So I've been planning on going to summer camp next summer for the first time and was getting super pumped about it. And then my mom goes and plans my grandparents 50th anniversary party for May 22, 2010. What to do.....what to do....
Got pulled over by a copy after i drove one block, and he was 3 blocks behind me. He said he clocked me at 44 in a 25.
#1 - There is no way i could have accelerated from 0 to 44 in once block. #2 - He was half a mile behind me. How could he clock me. #3 - He immedatly said it was a warning, and didnt even ask for my information.

i got away with a $285 speeding ticket, no grr though.

I had the same thing happen to me. I pulled outof work and the cop clocked me at 51 in a 30. Impossible I say. I got a ticket though. No real way to figh tit.

In Indiana, you can appeal, but the officer almost always shows up in court no that day. It's your word against their's. I guess it's possible, but hardly worth taking a day off from work and all the hassle. I'd lose more money taking off work. I'd rather just pay the ticket and take a little hike in insurance premiums. Now if I had a witness, it'd be a different story.

During the next few days, maybe hours, Demonoid may go down due to some serious-sounding technical issues. They have already caused some damage to the site so the operators want to limit further damage.
“We are experiencing power outages that have caused some ram and hard drive issues. We might have to shut down everything to fix and prevent further damage,” they say in a statement.
The downtime could be extended, “…days maybe, until we can change the power circuit,” they add.
Several Demonoid users already report connection issues, but the site is still accessible to most people at the time of writing. The blackout won’t mean much to millions of Russian and Ukrainian BitTorrent users though, since they are already blocked from the site.

Just took my dogs out, and someone had thrown empty Diet Cheerwine and Diet Cherry Doctor Pepper cans in our yard. WTF?! First of all, who drinks either of these drinks? Second of all, take your shit home and throw it away in your garbage can/recycle bin; don't throw it in my fucking yard!!!

GRRRRRRRRRRR . I don't even know where to begin! Hubby is a musician, plays bass & sings in a classic rock band. The band has been booked for about 6 months in advance for a private party being given by some old friends from his hometown a couple hours away. Party was scheduled for a couple days before my birthday, so bonus for me So, I take off work on Friday and we travel down a day early to visit and check out the party accommodations. Hubby had been having GI issues for a couple of days but we thought he was better. Unfortunately, we get there early and he gets sick AGAIN overnight! We had to end up canceling the band and coming home a day early, then go to Urgent Care & the pharmacy. So, I've spent my mini-vacation birthday weekend taking care of a sick hubby and missing a kick ass party! GRRRRRR for sickness

I'm not even going to wager in on how lame I think this is. As if your city is the only one that ends in -ville. I live in Knoxville and we damn sure don't call it "The Ville." I bought 3 tickets for the U2 show in Raleigh, NC only so that me and my 2 friends could finally see MUSE.
One of my friends bailed, leaving us car-less. We make a trek from Dayton to Cincy to get my car.
I drove 9 hours only to get stuck in traffic 4 miles before the exit for 2 more hours. Apparently nobody affiliated with the event felt like it was necessary to direct 60,000 people to parking spaces.
Decided to park on the side of the exit ramp, but it was too late. U2 was coming out right as we got to the stadium.
