Grrr to waking up to an unexpected snow storm this morning that maid my normally 20min drive take almost 2hrs. This is when I miss not being able to take the metro to work.
GRR to being overly excited and unable to sleep. We started discussing things we have for the trip already (tent, EZ-up, etc etc). Now I'm writing down whatever pops into my head.
GRRR... stupid wind made the car door shut before I was ready and it caught wrist And I have to go to a dinner/banquet tonight. Taken some advil and currently icing it. Let's hope it's just bruised or mildly sprained.
I just want to say that I hate the entire GOP and they can all burn in hell for their hate-mongering, working-class-hating, Muslim-hating, gay-hating ways
So, a few of you may remember that I had some car trouble back in the fall and had to pay a ton of money for repairs. Well, I was driving to class on Wednesday and my car sh*t the bed. I sat in the freezing car with no music or anyone to talk to for three hours (I was told it'd be one hour) waiting for AAA. They couldn't do anything, but they sent over a tow truck, which took another two hours to get there. The tow truck driver who gave me a lift with my car was a complete jackass who kept cursing me out and tried to cheat me out of an extra $20, and then dropped me off where I'd have to walk two miles down a freeway to get home.
Anyway, I got my car back today, and the mechanic told me that the guy who did the repairs on my car six months ago put in some shitty used alternator and just spray painted it silver, and also gave me a shoddy A/C compressor as well. What a fucking dirty thief... grrrrrrrrr
We often adopt dogs with medical conditions that would otherwise be put down. So Sat. the County cited us for animal cruelty for those medical conditions (ie diabetes, incontinence, etc) forcing us to pay hundreds $$ on unnecessary vet visits to prove our dogs were OK (even though we already had vet records on hand to show the officer.) Note that these are the same conditions this same organization was going to put them down for before we adopted them.
The medical conditions are not controllable with meds and the vet says the "cure" would be much worse than the disease for the dogs, likely killing the diabetic one. He was forced to recommend that we euthanize the animals even though he admitted they are in no pain or discomfort. We, of course, refused. Funny how the County would kill a dog because it is too skinny or has a dirty @ss. Aaaaaargh!
Update - After a day of utter frustration, I contacted the head of the shelter. He reviewed the file and documentation I provided and promptly closed the case. Sometimes it's best just to go to the top. (huge weight being lifted)
Update: And the saga continues. The officer re-opened the case and it demanding we destroy our dog. Failure to comply could result in a year in jail and $2500 fine plus confiscation of all my animals. Funny but I thought the Humane society was supposed to save animals, not forcibly destroy them.

GRRRRRRR for finding out the details of my court case after a year to realize I'm fucked and wasted my time and money paying a supposedly well-respected lawyer. Going to rage if this keeps me from going to Bonnaroo
^^^ oh that really sucks. Why do some people actually get gratification from ripping others off and causing misery? Same for the ripoff auto repair job described above. I'll never understand it.

Grrrrr for getting a reckless driving ticket because some asshat cop couldn't get me for DUI( I blew an .02) and he towed my car. So now I won't have my towing fee renewed until after the court date. The fee is nearly 300 bucks!
This happened a month ago, just didn't want give the impression i started drinkin this early on a weekday.
