I get most of this by just listening to news on NPR and BBC and connecting the dots but I'm sure I can find some links to the stuff that's scaring me. I'll post soon.
I convinced my boss to have our company handyman install a radio antenna(FM and AM) on the roof of our building so I can actually get reception in here, I miss being able to listen to NPR..

It'd be kind've hypocritical to do that... We're under a bandwidth crunch right now so I've banned everyone else from internet radio until the new T1 is installed, it also wasn't hard to convince my boss at all.. He brought up the idea before, I just reminded him
Edit: And I'm hoping 100.7 and that awesome Annapolis station might somehow come in

Here's some articles regarding my initial post. I tried to avoid blantantly liberal sites where possible. A quick search using basic key words will get LOTS of info. I didn't bother documenting Fox News propaganda as it is obvious.
Nukes moved (this is listed as a mistake but anyone who knows anything about the amazingly tight controls on live nukes knows this could not happen as a mistake but was leaked and so this is cover. Also the the site of transfer is beyond coincidence): www.cnn.com/2007/US/09/05/loose.nukes/
I agree that Bush and Cheney would LOVE to embroil us even deeper into the middle east dysfunction - and the links point that out - but most of those are not new news and are either speculation or just innuendo...the repositioning of carrier groups happens frequently so hard to read anything into that....we do that for "military exercises" to flex our muscles anytime we want to make a point.
I am one of the leftest of the left wing around here and don't trust ANYTHING that comes out of the mouth of dubya and his croonies - but I also work in the defense biz. At this point it's all talk and no action.
As I stated earlier most of my info comes from listening daily to the news on NPR and BBC. When asked to document years of data instantaneously, I did the best I could quickly. Most was from mainstream media but some was left wing. My point is that the corporate media in the US mentions almost nothing. Read everything out there and then decide for yourself.
As for the carriers, we've never had this many carrier groups and strike forces in the Persian Gulf at one time unless we were preparing for war. The Gulf is small and narrow and carriers have a hard time maneuvering when it is this crowded.
I have just stated that by themselves these things mean nothing but everything put together is disturbing (to me at least.)
True, troo ;D Disturbing that we have a prez and vice-prez that are such loose cannons that play laissez faire with such serious topics as war and invasions of other countries To hell with the consequences in their petty little insulated worlds. They won't be bothered at all. Let's just hope the elections happen before they can actually put anything into motion....this is one time I hope the bogging down of the clogs of the machine works in America's favor.....
Hmmm, should we start an Inforoo pool on who would be the first in line to renounce he/r if it turned out to be (deliciously!) true? I get Mitt Romney!
