Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
You really do need to keep them on.....as a few of you have shown, they are a great converstion starter! They've been doing the cloth wristbands in Europe for a while now, they are so much better than the cr*ppy plastic jobs you used to get!
L-R :
The fluro yellow one was from a festival in Spain last year called Benicassim.
The red one was from Reading 2006.
The darker green is from a small local festival called Truck. On a farm too, but on a much smaller scale than Bonnaroo.......one of the stages is actually in a barn.
The other green one is from Reading 2007.
I'll have a couple more to add to these over this summer......although it is gonna look silly soon and i'll have to cut a few off!!

A little........especially after i've washed my hands or they get wet somehow......when i sit down, i always rest my hands near my groin.....as a bloke does.....and then i when i move them, i have a nice damp patch that looks like i've wee'd myself a little. Not really the 'cool' look i'd been going for!!

BE WARNED FELLAS!!
you sure that's from those little cloth bands? after that many festies, you might have become somewhat incontinent after holding it for the porto line
i need to get to one of the european festies one of these years. we did live 8, but i want a real rockin music fest. maybe wakken or mer luna.... get my goth on.

Yeah, all my mates reckon i use it as a ruse because i cant control myself! Its all lies though!! When it happens to you, you'll understand!
You should have a look at Download in England (not sure its its happened yet) or Rock-Am-Ring in Germany. They are pretty good for the more \m/ element!!

Well, they are all unique in their own special way, but Bonnaroo was definitly one of my favourites. I love the atmosphere and all the people. I didnt meet anyone i didnt like and everyone made me feel welcome.
Reading can get very messy cos they have stuff that goes on late into the night and the silent disco is about 5 times the size of the tent at 'Roo (and they have two DJ's competing against each other on two different channels).
Benicassim in Spain was VERY messy because as it was so hot, not as hot as 'Roo mind, they start all the music at about 19.00 in the evening, which then goes on till 6/7 the following morning. And its right on the beach so everyone decamps there all afternoon in preparation for a night of quality music. I saw KOL there last year, and to hear Fan's being played as the sun sets is something i will remember till my dying day!

I'm still rocking the Roo grease pen on the windshield. Funny thing is I just noticed it yesterday on the way home from work. I wondered...how long will it take before it washes off. We shall see!
Still rocking the windshield, i even refuse to wash the leftover bit of dust (that was enhanced by last weekend's camping)...the whole time we were there I thought the guy wrote a '2' but was driving yesterday and saw the at was an 's'
If it is still next year does that mean no search?
There's no combination of words I could put on the back of a postcard. No song that I could sing. But I can try for your heart Our dreams, and they are made out of real things Like a, shoebox of photographs With sepiatone loving Love is the answer
A little feeling in my gut that I get of late when I think about these cats running the world with hate
I thought I would keep mine on forever-ever, but its already starting to get a little annoying... mostly when wet. Its pretty gross when I'm doing dishes. And its starting to fray noticably. Maybe its time for me to remove it carefully and put it somewhere for safekeeping.
I took mine off, it was starting to fray and i wanna keep it in good condititon. But in its place i will wear this peace sign bracelet instead. I dont plan on taking it off until I go back!

Mine slipped over my hand so it sits in one piece I plan to only wear it out for special occasions and replace for next years Roo! I made friends at the airport,no hassles, just a smile and they hoped I'd be back next year. It's so comfy.

I was lucky, too. Mine slipped off over my hand, and I put it back on when I start to feel too much withdrawal. And I'm not taking off my parking sticker. Ever.

my wife tried her first attempt at getting me to take it off my wristband today ;D she goes "I bet that thing is covered with germs by now huh?!" I responded with "nope it gets scrubbed down with soap every shower" ;D
she'll have to try waaay harder than that ;D ;D ;D
