Dude got his playing time moved and still could not be bothered to make it on stage. Anybody that wants another round of Kanye West's diva act just because he's famous/hip/whatever-reason-youre-told-you like-someone is, frankly, bitchmade.
What about somebody who wants it because he makes great music and will likely throw down a ridiculous live show to tour off of? Or does not that fit you condescending to anyone who dares like something you don't personally approve of?
KANYE'S A JERK!!!! HE HURT MY WIDDLE FEEWINGS!
Go home. Your argument is old and tired. We get it, people hate Kanye. It was three years ago. Do you people hold on to sh*t like this in your real lives? If so, you guys must be the most miserable, grudge-holding bunch of fake hippies I've ever seen.
Personally, I don't want Kanye there because I think his last three albums have been derivative crapola. And you just know he's going to do the worst most obnoxious rendition of Lost in the World humanly possible.

Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
Kanye's a dick, but he's a talented smurf. He also makes people who question him look stupid. He'd destroy Bonnaroo.
I remember multiple people saying just this when he was announced in 08. I wish I could dig up those posts. Guess what? He didn't destroy Bonnaroo.
I was one of those people who was pro-Kanye playing in 08, even if I wasn't thrilled with Graduation. I also don't think it would be the end of the world if he played Bonnaroo again in the next few years.
I just would be elsewhere....at a set of an act I enjoyed.

These guys are capitalists, not a bunch of hair-farming pantloads who just want a crunchy noodly vibe, brahs. Ashley Capps would personally punch you in the throat if it meant more money for the festival, believe that.

Black Star is a side project. Not what I would consider a big rap group.

Guess what? He'd be headlining this time around. His ego would be in check.
i dont see why we are even having this discussion? its a moot point. Arcade Fire and The Strokes are at Bonnaroo, do you really think that we are going to have 3 of Coachella's top 4?

Bonnaroo has had at least one headliner every year that had international success before the 90s, so I think we can agree that there will be one "classic" name on Saturday and rule out bands like The Killers or Muse as the Saturday headliner.
Also, insider's posts that a.) she hadnt seen us speculate the band at all and b.) To start thinking less "big name" headliners probably rules out the likes of U2, Macca, the Who and the Stones. Although I think the Stones are probably the only possibility of the 4 with their alleged tour and the "still in talks" thing that insider mentioned. This probably also rules out Neil solo too
So can we collectively agree that the 2 remaining slots likely fall into these 2 groups?
Saturday HL CSNY/Buffalo Springfield The Eagles R.E.M. Paul Simon The Rolling Stones (not likely)
Saturday Hip Hop Act Eminem and/or Dr. Dre Kanye(+JayZ?) Drake OutKast (not likely)

Good, though I don't think Drake can hold a crowd of 50k.
