Man, this is the only time where insider's posts have screwed with me. I was content with the three we had as headliners and what had been confirmed in the undercard, but after her posts, I am back to wondering about the line-up. The next week is now gonna be rough.
I've tried for the past few days to stay off of here between 8/9am to about 3-5pm hoping I don't become obsessive. Reading these boards are quite addicting. You guys entertain the hell out of me; I'd kinda like to say thanks.
Oh and especially Juggs; he seems to be the funniest/most honest guy ever.
This board is gonna become unreadable for the next few days.
DAFT PUNNNNKKKKKKK IS PLAYIING!!
While I totally agree that it would be hysterical what's not funny is when everyone convinces themselves that somebody is playing when they are not. I hope she will put an end to that.
McCartney, The Stones, Daft Punk .. People need to think smaller.

NY&CH makes a lot of sense to me. It didn't exist again till a few weeks ago.
But I'm not setting myself up for disappointment.
It's either NY&CH or something we don't know of.
And if it's NY&CH it would explain why insider didn't mention Saturday. Are we underestimating NY&CH? Could they headline over Radiohead? Are they bigger than RHCP? Could either RHCP or NY&CH play unopposed which like Buffalo Springfield? Would any of those 2 play a LN? Would one pre-headline for the other?
Do people really think Neil Young would be higher billed than RHCP? Neil Young and Crazy Horse open for Dave Matthews Band. There's no way they'd be billed over RHCP.

I'm starting to think it has to be 2 unopposed sets to go head on with Radiohead.

That was a favor to the band at a charity concert. NY would have totally been the HL for that show.
I just don't see The Beach Boys as a HL act. I want them there .. don't get me wrong. It would make no sense for them to take an act billed 5th at Jazzfest (where they have the first show) and make them a headliner.
I'm thinking that RHCP will probably be playing Saturday night (think Stevie Wonder's set), followed by a semi-opposed What LN act. That's the only thing that makes sense given what we know.

That would make sense but what if that was reversed. Like ??(Stevie's spot)>RHCP? That's kinda how I look at it.
Or what if it was RHCP (What) vs. Paul Simon (Which)? I can see that as well.
