Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
At this point, are we waiting for the lineup or are we waiting for another announcement to tell us the exact date/time of the lineup?
Am feeling pretty good that the line-up drops this TUE, per (semi-)tradition. And that the looming mystery now is only whether it's Prince/Macca/NYCH as the fourth "big name".
SERIOUSLY doubting it might turn out to be Daft Punk. Probably a slightly better chance, even, for Talking Heads reunion than DP.

But we'll see.
Please tell me you don't mean to say that you took insider's vague "possible 4th big name, but not a current one" talk as confirmation that it's either Prince, McCartney, or Neil Young.

If the only thing they're waiting on is confirmation from this mystery artist, I don't see why they couldn't drop the lineup within an hour of the deal being finished. All they have to do is add the name to (probably already finished) lineup and activate it on the website.

No, I don't mean to say that. I didn't take it as confirmation of anything, in particular. But I still, maybe foolishly, believe that any one of those three could realistically be among remaining possibilities.

What are any of us, in the absence of hope.
Ah. Didn't mean to "attack" you. Believe what you want to believe, as long as you're not delusional enough to think that it HAS to be one of those three.

I can't see them being a top 4 band, but it'd be cool to hear Come on Eileen live and then go find something better to watch.
Also, Prince has nothing on this:
This .gif will make restful sleep impossible for me, for the foreseeable future. I think I'm gonna watch "Faces of Death" now, just to cleanse my mental palate.

Nope. I can be pretty delusional -- but not THAT delusional. I have to account always for the macabre, slim possibility that the wildcard could still turn out to be The Kevin Rowland Revue.
While y'all were watching the Grammy's, I was getting my rocks off with the Polyphonic Spree at the Bottletree. Fun, fun, fun! Too bad they're not on the latest, greatest fake/real liineup poster.
“bonnaroo: RT @freelancewhales: And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.”
Well, hello.
pretty simple explanation:
bonnaroo tweeted several grammy updates/thoughts/whatever throughout the evening and mccartney closed his grammy set with The End. i wouldn't bother reading anything beyond that into it.
I posted this elsewhere but thought it might be conversation. Taken from The Alabama Shakes FB page:
