consequenceofsound.net/2012/06/radioheads-stage-collapses-in-toronto/ Sadly people were under it at the time apparently from the picture setting it up. Such a tragedy and makes me thankful for the crews at Bonnaroo taking the time to make sure this has never happened @ Roo. Needless to say their show got cancelled tonight. Did anyone have tickets I know their are tons of Canadians the silent majority on here.

We are all on edge on this one that is why I so quickly reported it. Deaths are horrible at concerts people are supposed to have fun but that particular band would be beyond tragic they seem like they have so much left to do.

It was the drum technician for Radiohead that was killed. So very sad this happened even in perfectly good weather. I guess horrible accidents can happen anytime anywhere. Figured I would update since I started this thread.

Wow, thats unbelievable. They are professionals, so I feel they will definitely continue the tour (pretty sure they have separate gear for Europe and the Americas) but the mood will definitely be much much different. They seemed to be having a blast on this tour so far, and I think that the Europe shows will see a much different tone.

They have multiple key people on their crew down at this point, so I wouldn't be surprised if they cancel at least a few until they can get replacement people.
Wow, you guys should see Atease right now. Absolutely despicable. It's 1/3 people making unfunny, tasteless jokes, 1/3 people freaking out about missing the show/getting their refunds, and the other 1/3 is people who are relentlessly out on their moral high horse, telling everyone how to react to this event and acting like it is the greatest American tragedy to happen since 9/11. It's a tragedy for sure, but this has happened several times over the past few years at different shows and I guarantee these people didn't even bat an eye at those events.
Makes me ashamed to be a member of that message board.
