I've seen Paul a couple times before and seen his set lists from years past and it always seems to be the same ol' set year after year. Maybe every other year he might throw in one or maybe two different songs then the year before, but nothing he hasn't played before. UNTIL TODAY! he played the opening night of his 'Out There' tour that Bonnaroo is part of, in Brazil tonight. And I'm amazed to see he's busting out lots of good stuff and songs never played before this tour! Most excited for he appeartenly played "Being for the Benefit of Mr Kite" for the first time ever! He played a few songs he hasn't played since the late 70's, early 80's, and a few he hasn't played since early 90's.
.ALL IN ALL, MACCA DEBUTE FIVE BEATLES SONGS NEVER EVER PLAYED BEFORE HIS FIRST NIGHT OF THE TOUR

This makes me super duper excited. I was damn excited before this and I thought I was just gonna get the same songs and set I've seen a few times before. But this takes it to a whole other level!! STOKED
Busting out songs he has never played live or hasn't played in years, HECK YEA. That is one awesome setlist. This will be my 3rd time seeing Sir Paul in concert and I was already pumped because it is at my favorite place in the world, Bonnaroo. Now that level of excitement just got bumped up even more. Going to be an amazing show.
Did anyone else tear up a little looking at that setlist? <3 OMGOSH can it please be June!?! I just cannot contain my excitement! =D
Actually, I did. And I'm far from being a cry baby type of gal (no offense to women who get emotional alot, sometimes I wish I could watch Steel Magnolias for the hundredth time and go through a box of Kleenex but I just can't). One look at Paul's setlist though, and yeah, I got a lump in my throat.
