Mochi is just the dough. It can be flavored or wrapped around different things depending on where you get it. If you're ever in Hawaii (or Japan) you can get tons of different kinds of mochi and you should because it's amazing.
S’mores: graham ice cream (from the Milk Bar cookbook) with graham crunch, chocolate chips and marshmallows.
I'm a little angry today. We went grocery shopping and had to replenish our s'mores supplies... We could not find the graham cracker "squares" at all. We have to break our own freakin' graham crackers in half now... What is this world coming to?!?!?!

Pre-squared graham crackers are a thing?!?!?
They totally are. Instead of one wide stack of graham crackers, there are 2 squared stacks per pre-packaged group.
Coffee anything ice cream sounds terrible to me... However, I have never tried it. Anyone else have these feelings prior to trying it and then change their mind? I like coffee... But I only drink french vanilla flavored coffee... Not a fan of regular. *Ducks to avoid things thrown at me*

you might like coffee flavored ice cream, since any ice cream with coffee will inherently be sweet by nature of it being ice cream.
on the flip side I'm a huge fan of coffee, and have been drinking black coffee every morning since I was 15 years old, but I don't seek out coffee flavors in non-coffee products. I don't actively dislike coffee flavored ice cream, and have certainly enjoyed it before, but it's not a huge plus for me.
I think it's because I strongly associate coffee with the morning, and strongly associate ice cream with the evening, so it feels weird tasting coffee that late in the day.

I'll try it if someone else has it around. I agree that it would be sweeter than normal coffee being it's ice cream. And I couldn't agree more with the bolded above!
I am a HUGE fan of the coffee ice cream. At Steak and Ale we had this thing called the mud pie. It was oreo cookie crust, a mountain of half coffee ice cream, half chocolate ice cream, fudge smothered the top of it with nuts, also was drizzled with fudge and caramel. It was stupid good. There are only three things I miss from Steak & Ale and that is definitely one of them. I wish I had an image of that thing it was a good 6" tall and fucking heaven.

You should just eat coffee ice cream for breakfast then, duuuuuuh.

Also, if you've never had an affogato, I'd highly recommend trying one. Just a nice scoop of ice cream with a shot of espresso (or strong coffee) poured over it.
I prefer chocolate ice cream, but I'm also still a bit of a child and put chocolate milk in my coffee every morning.
List of grants begin on PDF page 19. Numerous contributions to various non-profits.
Total contributions from B&J, Inc. are $2,613,582, with an additional contribution of $105,044 from Ben personally. Of that $2,567,950 was disbursed to other non-profits, about $277,901 to operating and administrative expenses, and most of those operating and administrative expenses ($210,663) are reimbursements to ben & jerry's employees.
Again, I don't have a ton of experience with these types of private foundations but it seems like a low overhead organization that does a lot of good.
So while your $125 VIP tour isn't going directly to charity, you are supporting a company that does have a focus on charitable giving. Lets all go get a pint of Americone Dream tonight.

I’ve done the tour of Ben & Jerry’s in Waterbury plenty of times. That is not worth $125. It’s basically the normal tour. You’re paying $125 to make your own flavor.

I've only done it once but that sounds pretty accurate.
