Why do you think that days or weeks plus six hours is too short a time to expect someone to pick in?
I don't care so much about people who for all intents and purposes seemed to have stopped participating (black bush, mrpicklepants), but there are others that - to me at least - seem sincerely interested in continuing to make their picks and try to do so when they can. If someone's just a week or two backed up they should have more of a chance to get their picks. Also, the last round could end at any time in the day, so if the last pick is made at 2AM in whoever's time zone, they could be asleep through their entire period to make their catch up picks. I think people should at least be given a chance for a last call for picks and then adequate time to find time to make their final selections if they haven't had the chance because of busy lives.
And in general by the time of the last round we'll have been doing this for over three months and an extra 36 hours would be like ~1% longer. That's nothing. It's not a big deal regardless but I don't see any reason to rush.

Down to clown with forfeited outstanding picks. But really seems like pickle is the only one barely involved. Walaka and Bush are both jumping in and interacting when they can.
Maybe instead of forfeiting those picks, they should become additional UDFA for them.
Also, I don’t think that extra 6 hours should be given at all. There is no point in waiting for people if they’re not picking for weeks.
This is the only sensible solution IMO. It's unfair to the rest of the players to give those players an additional grace period, when they've all known they were missing picks for some time. If they were so concerned about that advantage, they would have picked earlier.
Yardbirds and cream are totally different and would be very different sets
Yeah, this. I’m confused by that comparison.
Because of the line up and career of Clapton for then on out. Big Brother set would be very different aswell because there would be no Joplin stuff in it because it simply didnt exist until she went solo?

Because solo work of her didnt exist prior to her joining Big Brother, so a BB set would consist of only BB work and not of Joplin work because it simply did not exist until after she went solo in around '67?
