that line really resonates with me. in college my roommate/best buddy and I built a kegerator out of an old "Magic Chef" refrigerator. Every thursday we has "MC with the OC" and we drank beers and watched the OC together. When Marissa fucking died was a really emotional climax point of the series, and it sorta went way downhill after that because one of the "core 4" main characters wasn't there anymore and the MC with the OC nights sorta ended after that because we switched to watching MLS soccer isntead.
