okay, so these are the shows I'm bringing to trade (I'm bored, so I figured I'd just go through my collection and pick some out )
Grateful Dead 3/25/66 - 7/3/66 Grateful Dead 8/22/68 Grateful Dead 5/14/70 Grateful Dead 7/14/70 Grateful Dead 8/27/72 Grateful Dead 6/20/80 SCI 7/20/02 Phish 11/2/90 Phish 11/27/98 Phish 12/30/99 & 12/31/99 (15 cds.... this one is a special trade ) Phish 7/25/03 Jefferson Airplane 2/4/67 Trey Anastasio 05/05/04 Jimi Hendrix & Stephen Stills The Basement Tapes (I can't remember what year this is, I think '69, but man oh man are these jams SICK!)
those are some of them... I'm still deciding on what else to bring
I'm thinking of bringing some Cafe Tacvba for trading. It's Mexican rock. In my opinion, the best band the Spanish language has to offer. Would anyone be interested in that?
I have been burning off shows of various artists that will be at roo this year. I plan on bringing them all and returning with none of them, instaed hopefully returning with new music for the ride home. Cya in the tent only area.

2 roo's ago I had this great plan to give away about 50 cd's that I had burned - all kinds of crazy stuff (dead, phish, primus, meters, ween, etc) - I gave a way a few discs on Friday and was gonna really get serious on Saturday. . . . Then the rains came and I found out that my pack was not waterproof - I ended up with 40 or so soaked discs that were completely un-usable (bummer). But the thought has occurred to me to burn some stuff to bring to trade this year (probably lots of Claypool, Sonic Youth - some non-dead & phish). But here is my biggest question to you guys - what do you do about setlists and info. 2 years ago I printed up these little setlists and had to cut them out and put them in the cd sleeve, etc - kind of a pain in the butt and a lot of work that I really don't have time for this year. Any suggestions?? Also - anybody that for sure wants to trade for some Claypool, SY, Janes Addiction, Floyd, Butthole Surfers, etc let me know I'm very diverse musically so I'll trade for just about anything.
Yeah, I do . . . I can give it to you at Roo if you'd like. It is only one song, one of Gordo's (The Beltless Buckler), but it is really sick. Let me know if you want it still. The whole set was great, so don't be discouraged that Gabby La La is only on one track.
Is Leo's camping group the tent only group? Because if so then no, but I will be at the photo/meet up Thursday night. We can exchange numbers too if you want. As for trading . . . surprise me! I'm very open minded and into just about everything so whatever you would love to expose me to I am up for.

Have you thought about posting the setlists/info on a website and just writing the address on the discs?
I'm totally old school when it comes to that... I usually take an old cd case for a cd that I no longer own/lost/got stolen (and there are many that suffered that fate) , turn the bottom cover insideout and write down the set list on that and put it all back together

It is pretty easy to find most setlists online. I am just putting the date and location of the show on all the cds I burn.
