Just wanted to thank everyone for all the good advice I've gotten in the past couple months. Thanks to inforoo I am overly prepared. We have glow stix , beach balls, rain boots , misters , fans, the list goes on. I cant say that I would not have been completely obsessed with bonnaroo without inforoo. It would not have been this bad, thats for sure. I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible. To those I dont see have a great time! I have a bunch of stuff to take care of before leaving and 2 more days of work so wanted to say this while I had a chance.(who am I kidding I'll probably be here every damn day)
Thanks for putting up with me! Even my drunk postings after a Red wings Game and the bar.

My third year here; what a great community. I'm on the listserv, too, but that's way too much work and they have folks over there who bash us all the time...WTF is that all about?
Kiwini, you can always check your email in Centeroo.
I would like to thank everyone as well.. as said before, I would not be as prepaired or as excited about roo without all of you. hope everyone has a fun and safe trip. hopefully I'll get to meet some of you down there. I'll keep my eye out for ya'll
I would have been nuts about bonnaroo whether I was on this site or not, but this fed my obsession for bonnaroo up until now. Thank you everyone for being the outlet I needed to get to this point. Can't wait to see everyone at the 'roo.
not to sound repetitive but definately thanks, inforoo has been a great find...many good tips. I will definately wonder by the inforoo camp yellin out inforooooooooo! I will still be on here for 2 more days..its seems very appropriate to end with a BONNNNAAAROOOOOOO!!

Hats off to Adam for helping to bring this community of cool folk together! I have found a lot of really great information here.
Also thanks Leo for the awesome survival guide. This will be my 3rd 'roo, and I feel I will be very well prepared this time. This will also be my first year of no-car camping. I will be sure to look for the Inforoo camp and say hello!
Looks like the weather is gonna be awesome so far.. -CC

as a first-timer, im still a little nervous about how everything is going to work out. without this board however, i would be completely clueless!! now i am at least somewhat prepared. im sure there are things that i will forget but i wont know that until i get there.
i will try to make the inforoo meet-up but i really have no idea what's going to happen after we get there. im going for the music and the party. i hope to meet a few people too!! see everyone there maybe....
I'm a first timer too and was THRILLED when I finally found Inforoo, it put a lot of my worries to rest. I feel better prepared and so much more excited to be going! Not only have I not driven this far before (from NJ to TN), I've never really camped without there being the modern conveniences. As much as I am looking forward to great music, I am just as much looking forward to being in an environment of amazing, laid-back, open minded people for three days.

I spontaneously bought a ticket 6 days ago with no one to go with and no idea really, what to expect. First I imagined it all in my head and got really psyched. Then I started to freak out as I thought about the reality of a full day of work followed by 16 hours in the car alone, followed by filthy insane chaos, followed by a 16 hour return alone, and then back to a full day at work. It started to feel like a bit much, but then just as I started to get kind of jittery, 3 days ago, I was pointed towards inforoo, a place that immediately calmed me. Now, as the hour quickly rushes upon us all, I have shot past psyched and into the realm beyond. Cruisin down the highway in a car full of tunes, rockin' like I haven't since 1994, as I drive into a world where for 3 days, the spirit of the tunes trancends the self, then cruisin' back in a car full of awesome memories to bring back into my regular life. Exactly the escape I need. Thanks to all of the Roo Crew. Especially to the guy who said there's nothing like going alone. No one to wait for, coordinate with, worry about. Freedom to explore every whim, (or something like that.) EXACTLY, and I can't wait!

Tom Petty and Cypress Hill at Superjam, doin' a "Last Dance With Mary Jane/Hits from the Bong" mashup Thanks for the Karma, I'm packin' it up bringin' it with me
Do people post their reflections and reviews and stuff next week, too, or does the board really die down until this time next year?
People will post for a month or so after the fest, but then, if the past couple years are any indicator, it really drops off drastically. That said, this year has had the largest amount of consistent posters and distinctive personalities we've seen yet, so who knows!
