I've been up for most of the night with "allergies" (as the NP diagnosed me on Tuesday). I cannot stop coughing, I can hardly breathe, and I have a fever of 101.2. I haven't felt this bad in years, and I'm currently crying like an idiot probably due to lack of sleep. Back to the clinic I go
Now I have to use more of the PTO I've been trying to save. GRRRRRR

Grrrr work has absolutely kicked my ass this week. We got a new project on Monday that our people in the field guaranteed the client a 24/hr turnaround on. Well that was Monday, its Thur night and we're still not done. Had this other person bothered to ASK us how long it would take, we would have said a week. I even offered an idea on Monday to speed things along, and was shot down. Then someone higher than me offers the SAME idea on Tuesday and they roll with it. LOL. Cant wait for this weekend!

This does not change as one gets older - there's always someone higher who wants the credit.
Feeling a bit better. Still coughing a lot but the inhaler has helped open up my airways so I don't feel like I am suffocating when I cough now. The clinic NP said it could last up to two weeks
Anyone else about to have a brain hemorrhage reading pro gun memes or quotes on Facebook every day for the last two weeks, or is it just be because I grew up in mississippi and half my friends list still lives there

On of the best students in my year of Architecture just had to drop after 3 semesters because she had her Visa denied. I have no idea what the deal is but she has consistently been one of the hardest working and most creative people in the class and on top of that is a really good person. Absolute joke
