I love the book swap thing - I have 4 boxes of books in my garage where I cleaned off our bookshelves yesterday and I was just going to donate them to my local library - now I can get books back simply by mailing books to strangers - thanks!

I usually just go to the used book store and trade them in and get more. I like the idea of the paperback swap, but I think I will stick with our used bookstore.
