toe, that is such a complicated question. do some google searching to see.. it might involve port forwarding on your router. it might due to comcast fucking with torrents. it might just be your tracker. for a possibly quick solution, id suggest switching to azerous - it magically worked for me...

good luck. you can probably make it work, but it might not be easy.
