And right before I left work, I was handed a piece of paper to document my new raise (that I didn't know I was getting). So yeah, keep buying shoes, people!
^^Thanks HP! A raise and a bonus on the same day, it's been a good day at the Big G!
My wrist/arm is still hurting and is still a bit swollen. The doctor's office never called me back after they took the x-rays today, but even if there is a hairline fracture, I'm unsure as to what they would do about it. A hairline fracture doesn't warrant a cast or anything.
I dominated my yoga class last night, and again this morning. Does that count?
Heheheheh, thanks for the laugh, Juggs... good to have you back.
So, a relative of mine has been quite sick lately; anyway, he went in for a biopsy this week and it looks like he was misdiagnosed - they couldn't find any trace of cancer! YAAAAY! He's still not exactly a specimen of great health, but it looks like he's nowhere near as sick as we previously thought.
Meanwhile, if he doesn't have cancer, then why the hell have the docs been pumping him full of chemo this whole time? I guess I can't be too upset over it since he is okay, but it's just upsetting to know that the doctors were giving him what's essentially poison for months on end, for no apparent reason.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
YAY I got to say my friends I just got out of jail and didn't think I was going to make it but sure enough the glove didn't fit so them had to acquit. I lost my job, the chance to graduate, but one thing I didn't loose was the chance to go home to the farm I'll see ya'll soon f**k the D.A, the Judge and the PO. What kind of Bird don't fly..............

It hits 40 I pull out the flipflops! Hahahah. It's just so nice to take a break from winter boots and coats. (GRRR, though, we probably will get at least two more insanely cold days ).

YAY to a credit alert just now telling me my score is as high as its been since my early 20s (I'm 35). Also YAY to making a huge payment and now being in the low-3-digits for credit card debt. Lot of frakking work but I'm in the home stretch. YAAAY!!
