A gaming buddy of mine that I've gotten to know pretty well is coming to Bonnaroo. He has come to visit me 3-4 times and is coming back down this weekend. After seeing the line up he's all in. BTW he's single and a super nice guy inforoo gals.
Well, after I got done typing my GRRRR, the boss sent me another email complaining about me.
I lost my sh!t, sent him and my actual boss, an email that I really shouldn't have. I cried, called Ron and said, "I think I just quit my job."
Well, my actual boss (no one should have more than one boss), just called me and I cried. A lot. We talked about it. He said he appreciates me, not to listen to that other guy any more, and that I do a fabulous job.
He also told me to take some time off and not to worry about coming into the office.
I'm still crying a little, emotions are at an all time high, but I feel a lot better. It doesn't change that I have 20 hours worth of work to do in 6 hours, but I feel vindicated.
I do like that I got to finally tell that jerkstore what was exactly on my mind.
Yay!

While I'm here..... Yay I really love my Inforoo friends!!
I've met some wonderful people through Inforoo and some have become really good friends. When we get together, even if it's only once a year, it's like we have known each other forever and there is no time in between. I also love that my husband totally embraces them and totally goes with it when the parties I have at my house are all Inforoo people...... I love that!!
So, being a single momma and all, I pay for an after school program that my son attends up until 530PM while I work. That program is having a all night sleepover tomorrow. I CAN'T WAIT! Ek! I already called The Melting Pot for reservations and I'm going to wear my new dress and shoes I bought a couple weeks ago. HELLS YEAH! Fondue and no kid YE-AH!

I don't know if this belongs in the Drunken Rambling thread or here......but this is now day 10 without a cigarette, and I'm on beer # 5 right now, which would normally mean I would also be on like cigarette number 6 or 7......HOWEVER I don't have any cravings at all!!!! And I'm still going strong after 10 days!!!
So I had a pre-lim interview today. It's within my company but in a different division. It would be awesome because 1. I would keep all of my benefits, including my vacation days and 2. I already know the systems so less of a learning curve. And I found out that it would be a promotion!!
I should find out later this week or next week whether not not I get to meet with the hiring manager in charge of the position.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! I have an interview tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really really really really want THIS job!
I've been super picky so far and I think I know why... because this is the job I'm supposed to have! After spending 30 minutes on the phone with the branch manager she said I was the person she's been looking for!!!!

Yeah, from the sound of it I might be starting sooner than that She said she's needed someone like me for awhile because they are swamped and I jokingly told her that I would come ready to work tomorrow. She liked that ;D
Well, if you do get the job and can't make it to ATL next weekend, at least you'll get to see Radiohead at Roo, a bunch of folks this weekend and even more folks the weekend of April 21!
