Various sources have different figures for the total number of delegates so far pledged plus super delegates. This is CNN's version. The first figure is pledged via primary and caucus, the second is super delegates:
I like Huckabee better than the other two Republicans. He doesn't take himself too seriously and I believe that he believes in what he says and stands for. That being said, I don't really agree with him on much.
Did anyone else see Conan last night? He's been having this "fued" with Steven Colbert cause Colbert says he made Huckabee, and Conan says he made Colbert. Then John Stewart said he made Conan. So they all got in a "brawl" last night. And Huckabee came on after it was all over. It was pretty funny. Anyway, I digress......
I find it a little presumptive. It probably a safe bet bet but with Obama having a 18 point (and ever shrinking) lead with 2% reporting, I think I would have waited given the 2000 debacle.
edit: CNN just dropped it to a 10 point lead at 2%

Your conversation is benefiting others like me who just read and don't necessarily have any worthwhile input.
Although I did take a online political test today that compared you with the Presidential candidates and I'm apparently the closest associated with Mike Gravel?? This shows my ignorance with the race thus far, but....
who the hell is that!?!
Looks like a democrat senator from Alaska?? Well... go him!
i have to admit, i didn't vote. i would have had to get my MA absentee ballot early, and until this morning i did not know which candidate i would throw my support behind.

am i bad person?
No, of course you're not a bad person. But in a state like MA that could go either way....
I'm not sure if I'm working or not. I really stopped working around 5:30 today for a last-day happy hour. Then the Super Tuesday party started so I"m about 4-5 beers in. But I also have a stack of invoices I really should go through tonight otherwise tomorrow will suck.
Especially since there will be Obama work to be done.

No, if you don't know who to vote for, you don't know who to vote for. All we ask is that you think about it and don't remain ignorant. After that, it's all good.
