Lasted about 20 minutes by my count. They popped up around 8:50 (I had refreshed the page just a couple minutes before then and there was nothing), then they were gone by about 9:10 - 9:15.

I'm pretty sure you don't have to be. I wasn't logged in yesterday, and when I chose tickets it jumped me to a registration screen. I would advise just signing up first though. The fewer screens you have to go through the better, that site can be pretty tempermental with all that traffic and you run the risk of getting kicked out.
No word yet on when the next leg will go on sale. I HAVE to get tickets for the Cleveland show!
My friend camped out in front of the computer and got tickets for me and everyone else. She said that every city except Charlotte and St. Louis was sold out by 9:05 CST.
I was awoken by a text message with the good news that she had gotten them. Radiohead being my favorite band... That makes for one of the best Valentine's Day's in recent memory for me.
