What is going on with this!? What is wrong with my generation? It's like the Columbine generation... you know... I'm the same age as all these school shooters. What went wrong here? It just blows my mind.

You want to know what I really feel like it is? It's a mixture of having a society where people are picked on by the people who feel they are more important than them and a government that wants to strike fear into the hearts of it's citizens. Think about it, the vast majority of these kids die in gun fights with police, or at their own hands. They have no way to speak about their actions and what drove them to take all these lives. When Hitler wanted to start a war, he took a retarded German kid and dressed him in a Polish soldier's uniform and shot him. That day, 21 separate attacks on Nazi positions by supposed "Polish" aggressors went off. What better way to pass legislation against "homegrown terrorism" or what have you, than to take some kid who's been picked on his whole life, brain wash him, and let him loose in schools. After all, we HAVE to protect the children. All these shootings lately reek of the same urine that false flag operations always do.
EDIT: Upon looking at this kids myspace, he seems like he was a well rounded person, with a military family background. Definitely doesn't seem like the type to want to shoot up his school. From his myspace:
There's nothing than stayign home and playing on the computer or watching TV with my Rat Terrier buddy. These are may favorite activities to do along with keeping my mother company while she runs errands and or walks the three dogs. (sic)

I just read the article, and one thing that sticks out every time I read one of these, is that they attach the "guilty" (I used to think we were innocent until proven guilty, not so much anymore) party to a sub culture that people fear due to societal shortsightedness. From that article,
Further investigation revealed Ellis, who wore black and dressed in "gothic" fashion, stated he wanted to shoot "everyone who was not gothic," Johnson said.
The goth subculture began in the 1980s as an offshoot of the punk music scene and has influences on fashion, hair and makeup styles and music.
Yeah, I'm certain the kid was misquoted. I can't imagine anybody actually saying something like that. But, they all want something to blame it on... Let's hang Marylin Manson for these crimes, shall we?

i agree - wtf is wrong with these kids?
Well I'm 29-ish....and while no one got shot...I saw two gandbanger kids fight to the death (literally) when I was a freshman in high school...one kid hit the other in the head with a cue ball in a sock...an action for which he was promptly stabbed.
Violence has always been around...the media is just more powerful than ever, and feel like they have this mandate to keep us living in constant fear....

I don't know, a lot of this poo from my butt seems so fishy.
I agree, that quote just doesnt seem right... it almost sounds made up.. it cant be a direct quote. I doubt he would say "gothic"
The local news stations all did stories on this last night. 2 of the stations reported that this kid is a high functioning autistic. Not that it shouldn't be taken seriously, but I'm a little less worried now.
