indeed, all i can say about this subject is that there should be no breeding bans or anything like that, just severe fines for people leaving their vicious dogs out unleashed, i recently got bitten by a big black dog who lives on the corner of my street and he gets very territorial, i cant go out without him barking annoyingly at me and their owners tend to leave him out as he was some kind of chihuahua dog. i have nothing about him being there but his owners should be more careful about just leaving their gate open.
