Haha, yeah, I've seen Superbad, but didn't like it near as much as I did Knocked Up.
I might try watching it again later on though. I am downloading Darjeeling Limited and will either watch a documentary about Supermarkets, Tron, or Superbad while I wait I guess.
It's still pretty early though, so I might get a little more rest. But keep the suggestions coming, thanks.

i agree that superbad was nowhere near as good as knocked up. if it wasnt for Mclovin and the cops, that movie would be borderline unwatchable.

I guess part of the reason I found Superbad so funny is that I'm a child of the 80's... this movie hit a soft spot that only people who grew up on John Hughes films can fully understand.

so am i..(im 28)..so i would have thought it would be right in my wheelhouse. plus i am usually down with that kind of humor. it wasnt horrible, but it wasnt great either. the lead kid is annoying and the fat kid (who is pretty funny in knocked up) annoyed me too. there were some funny parts for sure, but it certainly didnt live up to the hype. (for me, anyway...diffrent strokes, i guess)
I watched Fight "Club" and "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" last month when I had the superflu. I would not suggest them as they caused me many weird and paranoied fever dreams.
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
as soon as I saw this thread I thought of Ferris Bueller's Day Off!
Either that or The Princess Bride of The Never Ending Story.
Kickin it old school
I LOVE the Princess Bride! I talked myself into buying the combo dvd+book at walmart because i thought i'd get around to reading the book at some point. No luck so far, but its a good movie to go to sleep to as well.

the princess bride is bomb.. such a great movie!
When I have kids, I'm gonna have all these great movies I loved so they can watch them.. and the Never Ending Story & The Princess Bride are most definitely 2 of them!!!
God I love Neverending Story! I used to cry everytime the horse sunk in the swamp when I was a little tyke. My sick day move however is The Burbs. It's awful, I know, but I love it when I am sick in bed.
everything that you guys have listed is up there for me..
but i like classic meg ryan like When Harry Met Sally and You've Got Mail ;D
How about French Kiss? I don't even particularly like that movie, but I'll watch it whenever I come across it on TV for some reason. I do the same with A League of Their Own
