I've been trying to do this for a loooong time, and have yet to figure out how to do it...
If anyone has a link to an faq or a good walkthrough on how to do this, I'd be greatly appreciative, as there is a lot of stuff I'd like to upload to some private sites...
Sooo...do you need to know how to CREATE torrents or just seed and upload them? You will need a software package to create them...and just something like BitTorrent to upload and seed...here's a good FAQ on BitTorrent:

Pretty much all ya need to do to download things with torrents is go to utorrent.com and download the program (free) and then go to any website that has torrents to download from (if you don't know of any just ask). Download the torrent. open up utorrent, go to File>Add Torrent and add that torrent and it does the rest for you!
I've made the torrent files, and put them in my cache in Azureus... I've also entered the tracker URL, and uploaded the INFO onto the website (stmusic), but cannot get it to seed...
I've tried it over and over, by the faqs and everything, and it never works. I've tried it with different torrent sites as well...
Maybe my case is a bit more complicated, because I'm trying to upload to private trackers...
OK....you say you are trying to upload to private trackers.....to do something like that THEY are going to have to publish and open their NAT and IPs to you....and you may even have to be a tracker yourself to access and upload to them since you guys won't be going through a public server....you sure you got all that set up correctly on both sides ? Cause that is most likely where the probs are gonna be in this scenario....
