^yeah my friend went on a cruise and you could either "swim with the dolphins" or "swim with the stingrays". everyone in her family chose the stingray option but her and she was mortified. she ended up doing it and said it turned out to be pretty cool.

yeah, thats what we did - they pick them up and put them on your back and if you dont just let go of the squid bits, they have this vacuum like suction mouths... its like noodling, but in the ocean, and without rednecks
Manatees look ugly until you see the way they move. Then you understand why sailors thought they were mermaids. They are slow and graceful and so beautiful. I went to Sea World a few years ago and I could have spend hours watching the manatees. I was lucky enough to be there at feeding time. They are so cute when they eat.

I swam with the stingrays a few months ago and it was one of the most amazing things i have ever experienced. We fed them and picked them up and everything. They were at this sandbar in Grand Cayman and they are used to people being around. I dont recommend trying this is any other setting haha.

A man o' war is actually a colony of several different creatures, creepy.
not saying youre wrong, but are you sure...im pretty sure that i recall my invertebrate biology professor had used the term man-o-wars...however, i could have heard wrong, or maybe the professor was wrong (i find the later not too believable, so maybe it was me)

Noodling is crazy... the noodlers (is that what youd call them?) get there hands all sliced up! Its nuts since its usually in murky water and you cant see what your noodling! Murky water scares me! But the word noodling makes me laugh!
