This is a thread about digital cameras. What kind of camera do you have? Why do you like/dislike it?
Post Some Pictures and videos.
I will start. My camera is a Canon A710, I bought it because it has a really good 6x optical zoom, and can record an hour of video nonstop. The resolution is 7.1 mp and the quality of the photos are really good.
The camera is packed with features, and i am still learning what its capable of. I use it to record a lot of concert footage, and it takes really good picture quality video , but the sound quality suffers in front of the speakers and loud bass. I am considering finding a camera that has a better mic on it. Anyways hers some pictures that I have taken with my camera.
Here is a couple videos I recorded with good sound. Muse - Bjork - NOFX -
and an example of bad sound from front row Andrew Bird
I do like my Canon really well overall, it takes grainy pictures wthen using digital zoom, and the flash is super bright up close, but other than that I like it. Canons in general take the best pictures.
i have a red sony cybershot...i like it a lot. here's some pics i took while in nyc (one's a painting at the met). the video mode is actually really good...i have a videos but i don't know how to post them here.

We have 2 older ones and a brand new one that was a wedding gift.
The older ones are: SONY Cybershot DSC-S40 www.dpreview.com/news/0502/05021911sony_dscs40.asp - It is an ok camera but nothing special. I have taken some decent pics with it but the zoom is really lacking. It is just outdated at this point. I have given it to my teenage daughter now that we have our new one
The brand new one is: Olympus SP-560 UZ - www.dpreview.com/news/0708/07082309olysp560uz.asp - we wanted this for the monster zoom and my fiancee has taken some really awesome pictures while on his tour, some from the Sears Tower in Chicago that are amazing. So far we love it and can't wait to use the zoom at Roo!
