Yea, it's an amazing feeling. It's like not dancing with Mary Jane for a REAL long time, and when you do again it's just like the first time. I envy you

how did you pull that off? did the judge specify at the time of sentencing that he'd take a look at your situation after a year and if all was well, release you? did you PO recommend it after a year of everything going smoothly?
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!
First off P.O. said he didnt see a problem with it because i had everything taken care of and had kept out of trouble for a year.....but the judge said he only grants early termination for those going into millitary.....but i have another one on the 9th for a different count so maybe ill be on just one count probation..but i doubt it
Good Luck, brother. Just don't get carried away celebrating and get right back in trouble. I had a friend do just that.
Congrats!
Just in case the judge screws ya, try asking your PO about unsupervised probation; no fees, no visits and usually no drug tests. (At least that's how it worked for me.) It's the next best thing to being off entirely.
