We're still spoiled in America though... It costs alot more to have a car on the road in europe and gas is still and always has been quite a bit higher there... In Europe you dont get made fun of for riding your bike to work...

Gas is just like anything else America gets a hold of... It becomes nothing but business... The only reason we consume so damn much is because it fuels this economy that we're so fixated upon. There's a MARKET for it... Its not even looked at as a rescource anymore its an asset.... Im babbling....
