You've all seen those posters in officers - with pretty pictures and motivational sayings - well here is a site that offers posters for the real world.
I love these! My favorites are Flattery, Idiocy, Mediocrity, and Wishes. I wish I could put a couple up in my office, but that would probably be frowned upon (especially since my supervisor has several of the "real" ones)!
The one in my office says Quality: The race for quality has no finish line. and it shows a long distance runner, running along a real long highway with no end in sight.
BTW: I am the Quality Manager here.

My old job had the real posters on every free space of wall. But then the head honchos also had all the Tony Robbins tapes in their offices and one had a framed pic of him with Tony Robbins.
my current job, those who have them on the wall are known as arse-kissers. A guy in a cube near mine has the Demotivator calendar and my hubby got it from a friend for Christmas and it's up in our kitchen. LOVE them!!!
