I'll try to keep that in mind this year. I just have to figure out a way to sneak away from them... they wouldn't let me go anywhere by myself and they didn't want to go in

It's always easy to "accidentally" lose people at Roo, on the way back from the beer stand, porto potties, etc. ::)I haven't been in there yet either, meant to check it out last year, but forgot, maybe this year. Also want to at least see the inside of the Cinema.
man, i want to do this... but the only time i'd be really in to it would be at night and theres way too much live music going on for me to miss to listen to headphones...

no way man, go in there for like 10 minutes. Thats all, please please please trust me on this. It is insanely crazy and come June you will thank me..haha....for real though. Words cannot explain the Silent Disco reallly.....well they can but, they cant. Feel me?
One of my fondest roo memories is walking around at night last year (my first year) and pulling a double take on the silent disco tent. My friends and I had a great laugh and I WILL be in there this year.
edit: I forgot to mention that there was one guy shouting the lyrics to whatever song was on in the otherwise silent tent. That made the sight so much better.

silent disco is one of my favorite memories from roo. It is really fun. Ive been trying to convince my friends to throw silent disco parties of our own. you have to go!!!
