I spoke to my friend who's uncle is Mark Brown who runs Langerado with Ethan.
He told me that he talked to his uncle on Monday and some of the artist he told me were playing are as follows:
Phil and Friends! Panic! 311! Beastie Boys!
If this is true which, he guaranteed it was then, Langerado should prove to be sick.
Those are the bands that I heard about too. Also, Disco Biscuits will play and Umphrey's has a latenight spot. Not sure how true it is but I heard them mentioned with the above bands a couple times.
thankfully i managed to forget that today was announcement day until this morning so i've only been restless for most of today... anyone remember what early bird tickets were like last year?

Did anyone seriously expect the announcement before 4:00? I think it came around 6:00 or 7:00 last year. Maybe later. Echo made their announcement right at 4:20.

I'm excited about the initial line-up announcement, but it would really have to suck big time for me not to go. And that's just not going to happen. It gets better every year. My guess is that it's gonna be the best one yet. Now all I have to do is get off from work. Whatever it is, I plan on buying my early bird ticket next week! ;D

^^Same here! , it will be my first year at langerado, i was broke the last two. Now i have a little extra cash, and no more DUI's..I can do things...and drive! haha. Come to think of it, this year was my first, Bonnaroo, First Echo, and first Langerado...I plan on Bonnaroo and Echo again in 08' (of course). and maybe all good. I love festies!
Whatever it is, I plan on buying my early bird ticket next week! ;D
