I also like that the headliners are given a realistic time frame. Unlike the Police being given 3 hours or so to play 90 minutes. The preheadliners go all the way up to 9:30 on Sat for example. Granted it makes it harder to regroup and rest up for late nights but it utilizes the whole day pretty well.
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!
The biggest conflict for me right now is still the DSO vs. PGroove, but I'm sure I can spend time at both. Some of the slightly less heartbreaking conflicts and overlaps are as follows...
Walkmen / Sam Bush Vampire Weekend / Refugee Allstars Mickey Hart Band / Built to Spill Umphrey's / Phix Railroad Earth / American Babies Gov't Mule / Steel Train
Plus, it sucks that they stuck the National in the middle of Phil & Friends -- I'll definitely be at P&F, but it's just kind of sh*tty.
Sadly, and with much regret and a ton of remorse, I will not be making the trip to Lango this year....... Sucks, you may remove me from the list of the fortunate......

im impressed with the schedule i have to say my biggest conflicts have to be pgroove and dark star 311 and !!! roots, mickey hart, and built to spill ghostland and matisyahu dan deacon, disco biscuits, and RR and family band keller and felice brother

So I have been completely blah about Langerado the last few months but today I am officially AMPED! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Friday night, while a conflict night, is going to be great. I love wandering latenights and everywhere you go you find a huge crowd of people going nuts. Makes me think of roo 06 going between UM / MMJ. Both tents were raging. This night will be the same.

tell me about it. the entire month of february is one big buildup of excitement as various festivals announce their lineups etc etc and you're just sitting waiting for the chance to get to one!

311 vs. !!! (Probably end up at !!! just from all the hype they've caused)
Citizen Cope/Dr. Dog/Ben Folds... I really wanna see all of Dr. Dog
Matisyahu vs MMSW vs Ghostland Observatory
Disco Biscuits vs. Robert Randolph (This isn't really a conflict... I'm just sad I'll have to miss Randolph )
Blind Melon vs Of Montreal
Phil Lesh vs. The National (Sadly, I really think I'm gonna have to take that hour break from Phil...)
The only conflicts I saw for myself were Umphrey's vs. STS9 latenight. I'll def. go to Umphrey's and catch the last hour of STS9, but still would love to see all of STS9. The only other conflict for me is Railroad Earth vs. The Bad Plus. I would also probably have a tough time between Raq and The Duo. I can live with that though, very few conflicts for me.

im super stoked about stashing myself up front and catching all of 311 and then being primed for beastie boys. i wouldnt mind one bit if they just played their new album start to finish. actually i would probably think its the greatest thing ever. ROCK
