Well, its nearly 5am, and I've got time to kill before I head to work....
soooo I'm playing around with websites and stuff to figure out how I'm getting to the airport in two weeks
lets seee.. RideOn bus -> metro -> airport is the slowest but cheapest Express bus to Bethesda -> Metro -> Airport is medium expense, medium time Ride on Bus-> Commuter train -> Metro -> Airport is most expensive but quickest, and I haven't taken the MARC in a while.... hmm, thats probably what I'll do.
My ticket arrived in gaithersburg ;D

Mine just left Richmond, on the way to JAX, I presume, and then on to Naples. I'll probably be the last one to get my ticket. That's what happens when you live on the tip of America's wang.

Hmmm.... I have class from 1:30-4:00 today and my ticket is scheduled to arrive. I also have a downright awful boxed-wine induced hangover. I'm seriously considering skipping classes today just so I can guaranteed be home when the ticket comes ;D

^^chyaaa ;D
so...
How long until technology is affordable enough to implant small little gps devices on every festie ticket so people like us can be satisfied with knowing exactly where our ticket is at any second during the delivery process??

mine doesnt come til tomorrow ??? and its just a quick train ride to secacus to get it... annoying
Mine is saying scheduled for tomorrow as well... but I really don't see how it can take that long. Perhaps they're just playing it safe so they don't deliver it "late"

I think my roo ticket last year sat in Secaucus for over 24 hours last year before making the final leg of the journey ??? If ya don't pay for overnight... ya don't get overnight Jerks
My DMB tickets last fall were shipped friday evening of Labor Day Weekend. Apparently they didn't start counting the two days until Tuesday, because I had to wait until Thursday, even thought the tickets were in Florida on Saturday. Fuckers!

Ok.... that was completely uncalled for. My window of my room is perfect for delivery stalking, and I take a casual look outside and see none other than a great big brown UPS truck!
... I ran to the door thinking I must not have heard the knock somehow, and the bastard is at those asshole's place next door delivering a package. Cruel cruel joke...
soo i need advice from you good people. we are trying to figure what type of car to bring.. my friend is got a truck but its 4 seater but the two back seats are small. With saying that we were thinking about having two people ride in the back of the truck its gonna have a cover.. We do have a car to take but we can fit so much more with a truck.. My only problem is i dont know how great of a idea it is to have people in the back of the bed of the truck when we are driving the 4 hour drive or even pulling into the gates.. anyone have any ideas???

I think... the fuzz will be looking for reasons to pull people over, and that... the 2 in the back, would be an excellent excuse for them to do it to you

This is Florida, and that sort of thing is allowed. But it might still draw suspicion. For overall ride comfort, and also gas milage, the car will be better.

agreed 100%. you have to be as inconspicuous as possible.
