Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
so about how many people are at allgood? their website doesn't offer too much info. from the pictures iv'e seen it looks to kinda small. maybe a few thousand? 10k??
lol yeah.. that's the trick with the hills even once you get there the place looks small b/c you can't really see all everything at once from one spot. Last year there was more than a few.. I'd say between 25k-35k...... Once I got to our camp site on Thursday night... I went to the highest spot I could find and everything was full.. and cars didn't stop rolling in till friday night.... Where did all these ppl go? *shrug* My mind could not comprehend that at the moment. If it's worth anything Bonnaroo = 800 Acres. Marvin's Mountaintop = 700 and change and about 1/3 - 1/4 of the ppl that bonnaroo has and it's 80s during the day 50s at night at the mountain top

all good is amazing!!!! i second everything that has been said. although there is another small stage out in the campground area where they do the thursday music and have shows going on all weekend. so if the main stage show isnt your thing you can always see some good stuff there. the michael franti acoustic set at that stage was one of the highlights of last year. so there can be some conflicts. but nothing on the order of roo.
and security is the shit. after MOE. ended last year there had to be 20 tanks raging right on shake down. it was insane. all those tanks with no silencers and hundereds of people sitting in the middle of shakedown raging and laughing. it was alost too much to be around in my state of mind. and security was just sitting there watching, hell they were partaking in the fun. it was a far cry fro roo where security tried to search our stuff because some asshats were raging tanks in our site when we werent around. also the car check was nothing. both years they asked us if we had nitrous tanks, we said no, and they said have a nice day. this year at roo they tried to steal our toy box full of blinkies saying that we were trying to sell them. which is shit. we just have a lot. we had to bring a supervisor over to keep this white hat security dude from stealing all our blinkies.
and definitely come on thursday. last year was insane! ive seen DSO alot and that was my 6th dso show in 9 days and it was still the best dso show i have ever seen! it was amazing. fireworks everywhere. shot right above the crowd. just one of the best times of my life! ozric tentacles was good stuff too! and the easy star/brothers past show on thursday in 06 was absolutely insane. although i did overdo the corn a bit and fell down that steep ass hill. luckily i hit trash cans or a human avalanche would have happened for sure. my only complaint is that its hard to dance on that hill! but definitly make it for thursday at allgood!
also when driving in i recommend going by the vendors and down the hill and parking right there somewhere. if you follow the line it takes you up another hill and then down the mount everest of festival land to magnolia circle. and then you have to do that monster several times a day. it sucks. like everyone says its pretty much a free for all. the line flows to the back but if you just pull off and park they dont say anything.
and the most important thing about all good is make sure you get some spicy pie! its seriously the best pizza in the world!

maybe cuz i got there on friday the security going into allgood was a lil tough on us. they checked my flippin ID against the 3 prescripts i had in my makeup bag!! it was stupid. thats the only time i got hassled all weekend tho .

Bonnaroo and All Good are two different fests. If you like chillin out and enjoying the fest rather than running around from show to show, you will like all good.
As my Inebriated buddy walks out of the Porto, he yells out, "Dude...I love this place...bonnaroo thinks about everything...they even put beer holders next to the toilet!"
Had to break it to him that that was the urnal. Good times good times!

We'll see... Depends on what I'm doing this summer as far as work goes, money, and other stuff. Bonnaroo holds priority over all summer fests for now solely because they have MMJ. So, if I have the time and money for two festies this summer I'm headin to allgood. Otherwise, Allgood better book me some Jim James
the only thing i can possibly think of that would make all good a better fest would be if i could somehow get a golf cart up there, and not have to walk up and down the hills.
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!
