^so true. I plan on making hoops all weekend and throwing them on eBay. So hopefully I'll make a shit-ton of casha dn recklessly by my ticket with it, then I'll be locked in. I've discovered that the only way I am capable of deciding on fests is to get all drunk and just buy the ticket. Otherwise I get all responsible and start thinking about student loans and shit like that.

Well yeah, like I said i'm all for a close and nearby campsite... who can complain about that!
But, if anyone wants to make a late night/early morning venture to this magnolia circle or whatever for the sunrise I'm gonna be taking one to watch the sunrise!
Strum and I were on a late night walk at Langerado. This was Friday night after it finished pouring down rain. At one point, there was this stream between two sections of the campground. There was actually a road(sort've) leading up to the stream on both sides..
So there was this guy offering to give people piggyback rides across for money. We watched several people take him up on it as we sat a few yards away nomming at some corn.
Im down for some late night exploring, but Im telling you Strum, you dont want to camp in Mag circle. That is where we were last year..The dude is right, it sucks huge donkey balls to have to walk that damn hill EVERY single time you go back to camp.
And for me, that is one of the great thingsa about allgood. Everything is so close that you CAN go back to camp way more often than at roo, and be right back to the stages in no time. But in Mag circle, if you do that, you have to walk that hill everytime....
so i think i may not be able to go now... last weekend, some 'thugs' broke down our door and through beer bottles through our windows because they thought we jumped their friend...well we didn't...and now our landlord says we are responsible for replacing the doors and windows......
i literally almost cried when i realized i probably wasnt going to be able to afford allgood...and its right around the corner from where i live...

No joke, clam... That really sucks. I would suggest to keep on looking for ways to get out of being liable for the damage, even if that means police intervention to find the vandals. Or maybe buy a lottery ticket, it sounds like karma owes you big time
Time for a lawyer, usually you can get a consultation free. If he says you arent responsible, tell the landlord youve spoken with a lawyer and he your not responsible for the damages, and that he is willing to represent you if the landlord pushes.
Landlord will probably back down at that point.
Hell, thats one of the reasons you rent, so you dont have to worry about sh!t like that.
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**

Did you file a police report?
If you are in college, alot of schools have working lawyer who represents students for free. They don't always advertise it though.

funny thing is, police caught 3 of the guys that did it. turns out, they are in trouble with the law all the time. this is literally what our landlord said to us, word for word: "Well, we're not gonna go after a guy who has 30 counts against him, because odds are he probably doesn't have a cent to his name. We're gonna go after the ones who are most likely to give us the money, which is you guys." Really crappy, but we all decided that once we got a lawyer and went through all that, we would probably end up furthur in debt than if we would have just paid for the door/windows. Also, I forget who said it, but about that free lawyer thing...I haven't heard anything about it, but I'm definitely going to ask around. Thanks for all the suggestions guys....I'm gonna try and work my @ss off to get enough money...I'll post on here when I figure out what's goin on.

^^I'm no legal expert, but if that's what the landlord said then I think I would have a lawyer on the phone and I think that you could easily recover your debt of hiring the lawyer by suing the ass off that d-bag landlord. That's just not right in any stretch of the imagination and I can't see how he can possible justify that in court. And even still, you should just tell the landlord that you are preparing to hire a lawyer to take him to court and see what his reaction is.
Also... I'd be looking for a new place to live it sounds like...
well i would say just take him to court without a lawyer. its pretty cut and dry the landlord is responsible. unless your lease states otherwise. actually i just wouldnt pay rent for the last 2 months of my lease and id take the doors and windows i bought with me when i leave. maybe if you dont pay your rent he will think your broke and sue your neighbor or something.
not really all good related but www.iclips.net is broadcasting summer camp live right now. thought yall might be interested. moe is on now. here is the rest of the schedule
