Just another reason to appreciate AC/Superfly...C3 is selling 3 day passes to their festival already even though they're about 5-6 months from even announcing a lineup...
i got my 3day pass for ACL for $150, so i'm good to go for that.
i also transferred some mula to savings today in hopes of going VIP to Roo this year.
BTW, does anyone know when the ACL lineup will be announced? i can never remember when they release it.
Late April, early May.
They usually add and subtract a few acts in between each year because of how much time there is between the lineup announcement and the festival. You usually go into late August with the schedule and acts pretty much set in stone.

can't believe you have to pay 850 for VIP, and then buy a hotel, and a cab to the hotel afterwards
what a ripoff, IMHO. austin is hot as hell, and i know this has history and is a lot of fun, but i'd rather them do it in mid October (a la ECHO) and let you camp!
