*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
Moby will be there. DJ means he will play in the Electronic tent. The past several years I have seen some amazing amounts of people there. I am pretty sure he will close it out. You should just suck it up and do 2 days. You won't be sorry. Promise.
i wish i could go to this as well oh well ill survive. dont miss underworld!!
I agree! They put on quite the live show. It is my resolution this time, though, to not get freaked out by the dark-sounding music and actually stay the whole time...I didn't at Ultra.
Anyone going to this? Went to Bonnaroo this year and need my festival fix!! A couple of my bro's friends are going to Virgin so i was actually thinking of heading down there with them. Is it worth it? The dance tent looks promising and would like to see STP, NIN, Foo, Dylan, etc., etc.
I know that there is no camping and music is played from 12-10pm.
There doesn't seem to be alot of buzz about this festival. I'm excited about it, so far we have 5 people in our group going and possibly 2 or 3 more. There are alot of decent bands/DJs crammed into 2 days. When do schedules come out???
Another year another letdown. Highlights. The Stooges. Underworld. Wilco. Soulwax. Lowlights. The redonkulous price of beer.
I agree, only reason I went on Saturday was I got a free ticket. Sets were way too short. Crowd was non existent until about 6 which was actually good because we got to chill up front all day on a blanket. However, funny article from a local online paper about how this guy loved Kanye so much: www.bthesite.com/archives/2008/08/kanye-steals-the-show-at-virgin-festival/
