Lots of activity on Dead Air Space...this is just a hunch, but I think we might see some information soon (title, release date, etc).
Anybody else know when they decided to record with Nigel Godrich again? I didn't know they dropped the other producer, Trent, or whatever his name was.
Damn, creepin up on 4 years since they released HTTT!

Could be. I just know that when they initially hit the studio over a year ago it was with the new producer, but now there's a banner on Atease saying lp7 will have Godrich as the producer.
I know Thom worked with Nigel on the Eraser, but I don't know the timeline for that either.
I thought I heard that they got Nigel back a while ago. I'm not sure where I read that. He's a good friend of the band, so I'm sure he's been around while they've been recording, hanging out and whatnot. They need to put this d@mn album out though, they've been talking about it for sooooo long. I wonder how they're gonna go about it. They've said before that they're thinking about doing something completely different with the release, like only online or something like that. I'm intrigued.
i'm fairly sure he IS producing. i think i read on atease that the band were spotted near nigel's studio sometime at the end of last year. that was just before they went on break for christmas. could have just been a rumor. but for some reason, and though i can't recall why, i thought it was almost certain they were using nigel.

Haha, I saw that too, but didn't have enough time to post it. I don't know how easy it is to put fake stuff up on Amazon, but if it's true I guess I'd be content with an August release. Just as long as it comes out this year....there's plenty of stuff to keep me occupied until then.
Amazon's got a ton of bogus stuff on it, they've had this wrestling dvd that was "made in 1991" by a company that started in 93. Yeah, you can basically put whatever up.
