lol, the only reason he is still going is because of VH1's best week ever and votefortheworst.com. People are voting to keep him on because he is the worst contestant and because they want to mess with American Idol. Plus, it really infuriates hardccore American idols fan, one of whom is going on a hunger strike until Sanjaya is voted off, lol. Don't believe me? www.myspace.com/starvationforsanjaya and
Just watch Fox News for about an hour. It seems all they talk about lately is American F#%*ing Idol.
I lvoe how they will find an hour to talk about sh!t like AI but they will spend two minutes (if any) concerning issues such as global warming and other things that really affect the world.

I'm really glad that someone is messing with that show, I support keeping him on American Idol. I also support taking him off the news channels.
yep. Although I don't bother to watch the news on TV any more, I get my news from the Axis of Justice radio show or other sources like it which report real news about real events that matter

wow, that was pretty much the perfect description of him, attornaroo. had to give you karma for that. the thing that is great about sanjaya though is that he is getting idol fans to complain that he is threatening the "integrity" of the show.

^hahahahaha, what integrity?!!! that show is absolute BULLFUCKINSHIT
hahahaa
I have to agree. The show is all about ratings, not music. They have screenings for the tryouts, and not everyone gets too sing for the judges. They let really good people through as well as really bad. The mediocre and good, but not great people don't get a chance. Why? Because the ratings are better if we get to see contestants like William Hung make fools of themselves.
did eron get negative karma just for this thread? cuz i think he/she was being sarcastic...i think.....i hope
No, I think people know I was joking in this post. The negative Karma, was from my disappointment with Tool as a headliner.
I just hope he can win and prove how silly everything in mainstream music is. Because, if he gets a record contract and people buy his record, it can't have anything to do with his musical talent (he really doesn't have any). I love how record companies blame the internet and file sharing sites for their lack of sales. Maybe they should look at the quality (or complete lack there-of) of their product.
The success of Bonnaroo and the artists preforming, does demonstrate the commercial viability of independent, quality music.

what's really interesting is that since he is part of the top 10, he will go on the AI tour (whenever that happens). So even if he doesnt win, he's made it far enough to kind of screw up that show.
all joking aside, I feel bad for him. i think he knows that he's on the show as a goof, and fucking hell, if he ever goes online to read the reviews... i mean, i think he's only 17.
