I have really gotten into this band after hearing it from this page and my cousin who gave me a album.. Anyways they are opening up for the smashing pumpkins and looks like a few shows may still be open but if u wanna see them they are playing in Boston, Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville, Philadelphia, and Columbus.. So basically if care for to see Explosions in the Sky these are the shows they are opening for. I can't listen to them in the car because they make me want to take a nap. I can see how the live show would be better. I's kinda' hard to capture the vibe from a band like that in the studio. I've been recently digging a band called Battles. I think the album is great, but that they would be phenomenal live.

I keep debating on whether to go to Virgin Festival in Baltimore... now that I know they're also playing the Toronto Virgin Festival ($60 less!!!), I'm even harder pressed not to go... grrrrrrr....
