She has a few new dates now. One in Detroit, Atlanta, and NY. I scored a pair of tix for the NY (I partialy got them for my Gf's B-day ) I am actually stoked for this show because she doesn't play too many shows here in the staets...even in general for the fact of the matter.
We just got tickets for the Atlanta show!!! The seats are pretty bad, but it's the Fox, so is there really a "bad" seat? Thanks for letting us know about this because if I had found out about it too late to get tickets, I would pretty much have been devestated.
Man! I wish I could fly home to NY to see her...it's two days after my birthday, ...maybe I can get my bf to get me tickets! (Atlanta would make more sense though)
Went to the show on Monday. It was great. She had a whole lot of energy (I love her wierd little dances), and a whole horn section. I think a lot of what she did was off of Volta, which I just got last weekend, so I wasn't extremely familiar with a lot of it, but I still enjoyed the show quite a lot.
It seemed like the vocal levels were set at a similar volume with the rest of the music, which I really liked because it made them seem more like part of the music rather than the main focus. Maybe it wasn't on purpose, but it seemed like it was and it worked for me.
My only disappointment was that I was really hoping she would do All Is Full Of Love, but we can't get everything we want.

^Obviously, I was there. She had crazy energy and the music came across much heavier than I expected. I would've loved to hear "All is Full Of Love" too but, I can't really complain. It was a REALLY, REALLY good show!
Wow..its starting to hit me now that tomorrow I will see bjork. Anyways, How long was the set in Atlanta? How were the openers? I am not too big on Klaxons, but Santo Gold looks like they might be fun. Not sure if it will translate well in an empty arena like MSG when they go on though.
I wnet to the MSG show on Monday and it was great. The arena was not fully packed to my surprise since Bjork doesn't come around the states too often (she has played 25 shows in North America since 2002). , but none the less she sounded good at the Garden.
One of the coolest things of the show was this rectable that was being used to create elctronic sounds. The show lasted a little over 90 min and was jam packed of new and old songs(see set list at the bottom.) After seeing Bjork I just confirmed to myself that she would make a good addition to roo for next year.

I just went down to the ATL and saw her show at The Fox in September. I for one never thought she would come to the southeast. The Fox was a great venue to see at show at, and it was a wonderful show. Man, I love that woman, and getting to hear her music with brass instruments was great! Flames and confetti and her voice filled the room, and the DJ had a great set-up that included this freaky visual-interactive table thing. This was definitely pilgrimage for me.
