i know there are a couple threads back somewhere that werent really getting any respones but i got tickets off ebay for friday, saturday, and sunday at red rocks. im trying to figure the rest out now. it shall be a solo mission if i do go. i went to vegas in 04 for the phish run but that was easy cause all i needed was a flight and hotel cause i could walk everywhere.
I'm still only planning on Saturday, but who knows. As for the logistics, it's definitely not an ideal location for hotels, cabs, camping, or anyting else. We're probably doing a motel or something near there on Saturday night, just to avoid that drive back across the city. The only truly CLOSE campground is first come, first serve, so that doesn't do much good either with a huge run like this.
Shoot me an email or something if you have any questions!

If they're not filled up yet, the Best Western and Hampton Inn in Lakewood (a suburb SW of Denver) are the closest hotels to Red Rocks. It's a 10-15 min drive.
Also, a tip to avoid what happend to us at Ween last year. Wait in the lot as long as you can and then drive back to Lakewood. The police route event traffic around Morrison and up to I-6, which puts you back towards centeral Denver and Away from Lakewood. Very confusing at 1 AM after a mind-melting concert
