I'll be seeing him at The Orange Peel on March 1st I believe. I can't wait, I missed him last year due to the Tool concert being the next night. Such an incredible musician.

That my friends, was a great show last night. The rain sucked to drive through afterwards (must of seen 7-9 wrecks) but was worth it. Here is praying for a Primus pre-headline gig before some Metallica this year.
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."
I just made a (somewhat) last minute decision to head down. Been eyeballin this one for a month, and it just so works out I don't have to put in 80 hours this week!! So that means weekend trip to NOLA for me and a crew of 3 (maybe 4).
Just bought my ticket! SOOOOOO Excited. Haven't seen Claypool since Oysterhead at Roo in 06.
