What are your opinions on Beck's The Information
Me, its my favorite Beck album thus far, well the first 6 tracks are my favorite from any beck album, the second half of the album kind of weakens, but its still conmsistant with the rest of the CD. And the DVD that came with it with a video to every track was pretty awesome too. We had a dance party at my friends Christmas Party
I liked the album up to the title track actually. If I could take 6-8 songs of the Information and mix them with some on Guerro, that would be the perfect Beck album as far I am concerned.

It kinda sucks that his show last year was a little disappointing, at least in my opinion.

I know that I am in the minority, but I kinda dug his set last year (especially his acoustic version of "Debra"). Bonnaroo crowds seem a little too serious about the main-stage bands for Beck's sense of humor. I can definitely understand why it didn't go-over all that well, but I liked it.

I totally enjoyed Beck last year also. We got the CD for Xmas but haven't really listened to it enough yet to have an opinion.
In a year span I saw Beck 3 times..once in 2005, at Bonnaroo and this past October. Out of the 3 times the best one was the last show and the weakest was at roo for me. He seems to translate better in inside venues than outdoor.
