Just picked it up today, for those who haven't heard about it, it is a tribute album to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the Last Waltz. The main reason I mention it, aside for my love of the Band, is that it features some very bonnaroocentric acts such as Guster, MMJ, Jack Johnson with ALO, Gomez, Allman Brothers, Blues Traveler and Death Cab for Cutie. It may not suffice for a substitute to a bands greatest hits CD, but if you enjoy some good bands doing good covers of good songs you should check it out.
