Livelovedie is Perpetual groove's new cd. I picked it up after hearing a lot of their new stuff at their shows last Friday and Saturday and Im quite impressed. I read the Jambase article interviewing the band on this new record and they say how this is more of a mature record for them and that they have pulled together their sound very well on this album and I agree. Check it out. ALso, its got the favorites "SPeed Queen" and "So Much is Goodbye" redone very well.
It's great in the sense that it breaks down a lot of the barriers. There's anthemic rock material, more melodic indie stuff, and yet they still jam it out when the time is right. This is one of those records you can put on in a room full of genre snobs and have everyone asking who it is.
