I saw it in Best Buy this weekend while wandering around. Considering I have disliked everything he has released after Cold Roses, I'm not too hopeful and refused to spend money on it...
Well if you aren't a fan of Jacksonville City Nights...well...just...go eat a poo.
As for 29, yeah, it's pretty much trash.
The new one is growing on me a bunch. Even as a big fan, I'm still not thrilled with the lyrics he has been putting down lately, but the melodies are starting to reveal themselves and a potent simplicity to some of the lyrics I found to be trite on the first go around is forming. Still, I'm not certain what I'll think of this album as time goes on.
easy tiger is pretty great! it made me rethink all the reasons he had been chosen by phil lesh to do those gigs together.
i really haven't listened to anything he's done since heartbreaker, and all the hype is necessary for this album. i'd go check them out live this time around.

I've been hearing some better reviews about this album as opposed to his other ones to come out recently, so I'll probably download it and give it a listen, and if i enjoy it I'll just go out to the store and buy it since I haven't purchased any Ryan Adams merchandise since Cold Roses.
Oh, and aquariumdrunk, I suppose tonight for dinner I'm chowing down on poo. Just couldn't get into that album.
