We used to do it all the time when it first came out... it's pretty cool... make sure to walk all around the room/house as you listen for added trippiness (while nomming some Corn is a good idea as well)
*edit* and don't worry too much if they don't match perfectly when you start... they are not meant to match perfectly, and by the end they will all be in a totally different place

I actually haven't heard about this... let me just self-clarify... This album is 4 CDs which you can put in all at once and the 4 discs are synced with each other and sound good? That sounds incredible.
too bad I only have a total of 2 CD players in my place

Wayne wanted to create an album that lent itself to being a communal musical experience that would bring people together... pretty much nobody has 4 cd players, so the very concept forces people to work together in getting together to listen to music
This was their 3rd Warner Bros record and what I wouldn't have done to be a fly on the wall for that one...
Wayne- "Our next CD is actually going to be 4 CD's that the listener must play on 4 CD players at the same time to listen to it
Record Exec- "OK, that sounds great, wait, what did you just say???" -------and then, whatever happened after that ???

Zaireeka is the ultimate party album. The biggest problem with it is that it's such a damn good album (great songs!), you will want to listen to it all the time! Needless to say with the effort put into playing the album, that's not easy to do. I'd highly recommend buying the album because Wayne's liner notes for each song are very interesting (and, as always, to support the artist).
i did this with a bunch of friends and we were drunk as hell and it was just very entertaining.. also listening to the last track is great always makes u laugh.. STUFFED ANIMAL BABY.. GOOD STUFF
In Fearless Freaks (great Lips documentary), the Lip's manager recounts how Zaireeka went down. Apparently to get his way, Wayne told WB he wanted to release Zaireeka in a ten-disc box. Eventually they were able to get Warner Bros. to "compromise" with four. Gotta love Wayne.
I went to a used record store, and apparently there is a export Zarieeka floating around for like 10 bucks which is all four CDs in one. I bought it, but eventually I want to buy the 4 CD version.

I made one of those a while back... it's not the same, seriously, the sounds truly need to come from different places and different machines, but it's better than nothing i guess... and then one day when you hear the real thing, man will the difference blow you away
