I saw the Eels back in 04 (I think) at a small club in Tucson. It wasn't bad show, but I was kinda dissapointed about how they ditched the lush organ arrangements for a strait-ahead rock show. I still vote yes, because I love their songs, but I'd hope a Bonnaroo show would have a little more to it.

I'm apathetic. Eels rotates lineups to frequently to be consistently great live from what I understand. I might check them out if they were there, but a band like Cloud Cult essentially does what Eels do and do it with more consistency live.
